To a large degree how well we lead is determined by how well we communicate.

Here's a simple "formula" to review when communicating as a leader:

Say it simply. Say it sincerely. Say it well. Say it often.
Say It Simply! The principle: easily understood. Say It Sincerely! The principle: genuine concern. Say It Well! The principle: quality. Say It Often! The principle: repetition.
