Funny stuff! Anyway how are things going? I can't believe it's the end of November already. It might be time for me to update my resume and possible prepare for the new year and a new career. The call center industry is tough!
And the company that I have created a strategic alliance with is beginning to not pay me correctly. They give call center outsourcing a bad name - US based that is.
Sorry couldn't help myself. This site is about leadership and all the related stuff that comes with it. I am tired. And I promise to post more meaniful information but today I have included several great sales articles for the people that have to lead departments that are required to sell. These are also good for those that are selling on your own.
