Leadership, Call Center and All The Wackyness

Good Morning!

And I mean morning.

Funny stuff! Anyway how are things going? I can't believe it's the end of November already. It might be time for me to update my resume and possible prepare for the new year and a new career. The call center industry is tough!

And the company that I have created a strategic alliance with is beginning to not pay me correctly. They give call center outsourcing a bad name - US based that is.

Sorry couldn't help myself. This site is about leadership and all the related stuff that comes with it. I am tired. Motivating Employees

Good Morning,

All Strong leaders understand the importance of employee motivation. But if you can do it in a way that creates a really fun and unbeat environment then you are going to be that much more successful.

I'm sure you've heard that a happy empoyee is a productive employee.

This statement is very true and can be the difference of hitting your goals or not hitting them. In the call center world, the job can be very boring for the reps. It is our job to mix it up and create fun - with a purpose of course.
